Lean Thinking and SMART GOAL

My wife will leave with my babies for 3 weeks...

lean Thinking SMART GOAL

So,

I decided to set a goal for the evenings

I am going to spend alone in the city.

I decided to use something that should

be common in the "Lean Thinking".

I set a SMART GOAL!

Smart Goal

SMART is a way to remember how a GOAL has to be:

S - specific, significant, stretching

M - measurable, meaningful, motivational

A - agreed upon, attainable, achievable, acceptable, action-oriented

R - realistic, relevant, reasonable, rewarding, results-oriented

T - time-based, time-bound, timely, tangible, trackable

So,

in my case:

  • Specific

I have to select and print the photo … period.

  • Measurable

I have to select and print all the years I have only electronic.

  • Agreed Upon

The stakeholder (My wife) wants it.

  • Realistic

I know I can do it

  • Time Based

    Before the summer ends,

Well!

I will update you on my results.

Now,

If you want to share with your friend I will thank you
